1) $799 - includes 10 x 10 booth with table and 2 chairs and FREE 1/2 page ad in national program book.
*Registration deadline: May 16, 2008.

2) Corporate Table Package offer: $450 - Includes 8 general passes.
3) Scheduling: We reserve the right to make any agenda changes without prior notice.

4) Cancellation and refund policy: If you request a cancellation up to 45 days prior to the event, the refund will be processed in the same manner (i.e. credit card, check, etc.) that the registration fee was made, less a processing fee of $250.00

5) 10' x 10' Booth Fees:
